All contact parts are molded from PFA, making them compatible with the distillation of hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), and hydrochloric acid (HCl). The distilled acid flows directly into the collection bottle, isolating it from external air and allowing it to be stored in high purity. With a built-in heater and no need for cooling water for condensation, it is compact and easy to install and operate.

"Thin Film Distillation" is a low-temperature distillation process under high vacuum that can accommodate various types of chemical substances.
